You do not need to arrive with the answer.
A founder asking for an identity may be struggling with positioning. A company asking for a website may have something broken underneath. That is normal. The studio begins by finding what the challenge actually requires.
The first workable answer quietly becomes the final answer. The studio does not reject the obvious answer because it is obvious. It has to earn its place.
The medium follows the idea.
One creative director holds the idea from the first sketch to the final build, across brand identity, spaces, products and objects, campaigns, digital and experiences. A brand problem may lead to a spatial idea. A product may need a world around it. Nothing is lost in handoffs.
An idea can take several forms: a brand, a space, a product, a system, a launch. A project may need one or several. The idea decides. A booth is never just a booth. It is the piece of your world that is needed now.
Start on Paper
Bring the idea, brief or ambition. It can be clear or unfinished.
Set the Direction
Several directions explored. The strongest one presented with its reasoning. Nothing is built until it is agreed.
Build It as One Idea
Design it, apply it, carry it far enough that people encounter it. Leave it able to run without the studio.
One point of view across everything made. Direction agreed before build begins. Scope and pricing agreed before anything is built.

His own ventures are the studio’s clearest proof. mawzoon, taken from a tea cafe to a brand ecosystem and a built flagship, the Tea House. RAHAL x SALMAN, a collaboration that returned for a second chapter, then a third.
